With the pictures posted below, I think its high time for First Oceanic Properties to improve its standards to really claim the title, "Sound Property Management."
To Oceanic, please hire highly qualified administrator and staff to take care of our investments. The pictures below are the products of inefficient staff, administrators and officers of first oceanic and empire east. If you spent 2.3 million to buy a unit what will you feel if this becomes the scenario of your chosen property.

Garbage rooms are really eyesores, it also violates the building code because garbage rooms should be equipped with self closing mechanism for fire safety reason

Another major violation in the fire code. The fire exit door should swing outward and not inside. This is the same violation that Ozone disco had that's why casualties were high when fire broke in their establishment

As of May 6, 2011, Oceanic has already done some repairs in our condo. the missing tiles are already fixed, some walls are already re-painted. Emergency lights in fire exits are being replaced. Ms Sibul, our property administrator, made a commitment to slowly address the problem. She told me that the biggest hindrance is the collection. Some unit owners are not paying their dues. I still yet to investigate that fact and already ask the admin to provide me the FS for 2010.
ReplyDeleteThis is quite scary. I just purchased a unit in One Orchard Condo in Eastwood last month and invested P3.8M into it with a monthly common charges of P4.2K per month. FOPMI is managing it and I hope it won't end up like your condo.
